Roofing Sheets

Coated Steel Sheet is being used extensively in the construction industry throughout the world. Because of its excellent corrosion resistance, it has become the preferred material for a wide range of construction uses, particularly roofing and cladding. It combines the strength of steel with the corrosion resistance of zinc/aluminium alloy.

Decking Sheet

Decking sheets are profiled from galvanized cold steel coil that can be used as a structural decking for flooring and roofing. The structural design provide excellent strength for large spans and stronger building design. Usage of these sheets not only helps brace the building but also help for significant savings on material, labour and maintenance cost. Unlike other decking sheets, our profile depth is 76mm which can accomodate a span upto 2500mm between structural members. We are introducing this special design of 76mm profile first time in Bangalore.

Standing seam double lock sheet

Standing Seam Roofing is the most reliable roofing material. The risk of leakage is eliminated due to : Concealed fixing. Reliable seaming and Absence of through holes. Standing Seam Roofing blends into architectural character and is applied for new building constructions as well as for modifications and renovation.

Crimping Sheet

The range of Crimping sheet offered is designed to provide a perfect curve to match the structure. The automatic and precision controlled operations ensure precise forming of curve in sheet metal that help in meeting the demand of curved walls and roof panels.

PUF Sheet

PUF Panels are an acronym of Polyurethane Foam which is a layer of material sandwiched between two GI metal sheets. EPACK is equipped with its own manufacturing unit for PUF sandwich panels. These panels find application in both wall and roofing.

C Purlin

The 'C' shaped sections produced at our works are cold roll-formed with high accuracy from high strength zinc-alloy coated steel. Thus we get light weight and cost efficient roofing system. For roofing and cladding supporting system aslo, 'C' type purlins are widely used.

Z Purlin

The 'Z' shaped sections produced at our works with two different flange width along the entire static height can overlap each other for perfect fitting. This type of sections help to bridge multiple spans.
